For a long time in my life, I didn’t care for many fruits. But peaches were always something I adored. They’re so delectably juicy and such a sweet natural treat. It’s as if God decided to give us glorious hanging candy from trees wrapped in the soft skin of whatever Adam named a peach. I love them plain. Oh, they’re so good. But I also love them when they’re combined with other delicious ingredients. Nancy Frady’s Peach Cobbler is my faaaaaaaaavorite. But, now that I’m back on Weight Watchers, trying to stretch my points, I need treats that won’t suck up quite so much of my daily allotment. These baked sweet peaches are equal parts delightful and scrumptious. When you’re needing a healthier treat for your taste buds, this one should be welcomed whole heartedly. (In case you’re wondering- they are 5 Weight Watchers Points Plus per whole peach.)
